to select the right letter set: |

1. Measure your existing letter set.
To order, you need two measurements:
[a] The height of the printed letter, and
[b] the height of the plastic.
Sizes are expressed as 8 on 9" (8" tall imprint on 9" tall
plastic).

2.
Know the thickness of the letters you need.
Permanent Marquee signs usually require 0.060" to 0.090" letters.
LetterBank portable signs require flex/pvc 0.025" letters.
LetterBank Church, School and Marquee (permanent) signs can use 0.060",
0.080" and 0.090" letters. |

Flex-PVC only:
0.020" < 1/32".
Acrylic only:
0.030" = 1/32".
0.060" = 1/16".
0.080" = 5/64".
0.090" = 3/32". |
Measure with your credit cards- For thicker letters, use several cards (the unembossed area).
