What
size are your existing letters?
Measuring for accuracy.
Take a letter with a flat top and bottom, like the letter "M",
"L" or "T", and measure the printed letter size. Write
it down.
Measure the actual plastic background, and write it down. The result is
your letter size.
On our order form, the letter size is expressed as 8 on 9" (example).
This means an 8" printed letter on a 9" plastic background.
