	How Thick are your existing letters? Our paper thickness trick! One novel way to tell is to put the letter on a flat surface, and get some office paper (or looseleaf binder paper), and pile up sheets of paper together until the thickness of the paper pile is exactly as thick as the letter. How many sheets? These are rough measurements! About 9 sheets is FLEX-PVC. About 14 sheets is 0.030" acrylic, Roughly 28 sheets is 0.060" acrylic, Approx. 36 sheets is 0.080", and Roughly 42 sheets is 0.090" acrylic.
	The best way to tell thickness is to check a previous order form, or measure with a very accurate ruler or caliper.
