How
Thick are your existing letters?
One way to tell is to put the letter on a flat surface, and
get some office paper (or looseleaf binder paper, not the thicker photo or color printing paper), and pile up sheets
of paper together until the thickness of the paper pile is exactly as
thick as the letter. How many sheets? These
are rough measurements using office paper!
mm 0.51 About 9 sheets is FLEX-PVC.
mm 0.76 About 14 sheets is 0.030" acrylic,
mm 1.50 Roughly 28 sheets is 0.060" acrylic,
mm 2.04 Approx. 36 sheets is 0.080", and
mm 2.29 Roughly
42 sheets is 0.090" acrylic.
