Capital Height is how tall your lettering is, measured from a Capital letter "H". Letter styles vary greatly, and so the ascenders, descenders, x-height and typestyle kerning is different for almost every typestyle shown.

Type color can affect legibility (how easily your wording is read). For maximum readability, choose a color that has the highest contrast to the color of the item you will be applying this to. For windows, choose white, yellow or gold (available by special order) for maximum impact.
