Acceptable MAC Software:

Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
Canvas
CorelDraw
FreeHand
Photoshop (preferred for full color)


Acceptable PC Software:

Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
CorelDraw
Photoshop (preferred for full color)


Acceptable Media:
DVD, CD, Iomega ZIP 100mb.

Notes about Software:
Photoshop files must be CMYK and saved as TIFF, PSD or EPS format.

IBM compatible files must be saved as MAC.

Word, PowerPoint, Excell, PageMaker, InDesign and Paint programs are not useable.
Print out your project and we will recreate it for a conversion charge.

Helpful Hints:
Include fonts and images to avoid a delay.

IMPORTANT:
Include contact information, name, email and telephone number with all files to avoid delay.

LetterBank can create original art, or scan, modify, color or update your art for a separate fee.


We do not accept Quark, InDesign, PageMaker, PrintShop or other non-graphic program files. We do not accept MicroSoft files, as they generally are not design/CAD programs, and to reduce the liabilities of a virus.

Files must be ORIGIN files. Files with placed graphics will incur additional processing costs. See checklist before sending file(s).

Checklist

  • Files must be compressed with stuffit.
  • Files under 2 megs must be sent to art@letterbank.com with a faxed purchase order (805-782-5050 fax only) to let us know to connect your art to your project.
  • Files under 8 megs may be sent to our FTP site 65.108.191.30
    File MUST be placed in "incoming" folder only.
    A fax must be sent to tell us your file has been uploaded.
  • Fonts (T1 or TT for Mac) must be included with projects
  • Print-out and color call-out must be faxed with your name + number.
  • Files on CD, DVD or 100meg ZIP must be sent by courier to our physical address.
