Returns without pre-authorization AND a clearly marked RA number are refused at your expense and cannot be credited. We do our best to resolve problems. As a products distributor, we work with you to minimize restocking costs charged by manufacturers. When we incur an exense on your behalf from acting on your request, we will charge to cover that cost. Always review your order immediately, so that any errors or ommissions are covered by the few days allowed by the manufacturer. Custom products are not returnable.**

Comment or request		Any return credit available is only issued by following this procedure. Return package(s) are refused without a clear and valid RA number on the label side of the package(s). All cases of fraud are prosecutable as a Federal Offense and may be prosecuted by the FBI for fraud in interstate commerce.

An attempt to use and return or otherwise defraud the company by any means will be prosecuted to the full extent permitted by California State Law, and a formal complaint filed using all available legal channels.
