| We have been asked a few times regarding having us send a sample of our fabric for review. Read the part that best describes your order: |
I am ordering less than 12 table covers, skirts or drapes: | We can send a sample imprinted table cover if one is available. We charge a deposit and forwarding and return shipping. This gives you (or your client) about 5 days to review the quality. A replacement charge accrues if product(s) not returned in "as new" condition within 10 days from shipment. |

If you do not have an open account in good standing: We charge a deposit and forwarding and return shipping. This gives you (or your client) about 5 days to review the quality. A replacement charge accrues if product(s) not returned in "as new" condition within 10 days from shipment. |

| Why can't I get a piece of fabric to check the quality? | Our fabric mill for unimprinted fabrics alone is over 3 acres. The bolts of fabric stack on rolls 50 yards long by 6 feet wide each, ten abeam. For insurance purpose and for reasons of 15 different fabrics and 200+ colors total, we can no longer wander onto the factory floor to retrieve samples. | |
| How do I get swatches? | You can order sample fabric swatch cards, which we sell at cost. They are available as a complete packet in a loose leaf binder, or you may order the imprintable fabric page alone for a small cost. DETAILS of swatch cards Order page |
