What is full color fabric?

Letter Bank uses a dye-sublimation process to permanently transfer your art or photos file into fine fabrics.

The fabrics are flame-retardant (so they can go to trade shows), Machine washable for easy cleaning, and wrinkle-resistant for looking good more readily.

Determining
the best method for
full-color printing

We create full-color fabrics in several methods, based upon the most cost-effective process available for your project. We are glad to guide you through the process.

Screen printing is for 1-2 colors when you need either an exact color print or when you have a large quantity alike. As there are many factors, we must review your art and specs for a quote.

FireBrand™ Fabrics: A computer-cut, heat-applied method when a single print is the most important consideration. Rush service not available.

Dye Sublimation is best for photos, shading and gradients, and sometimes best for multiple prints.
Rush service may be available for an extra fee; as fast as one day is possible.
 
   
Care & Cleaning.
All our printed fabrics are machine washable, gentle cycle. They may be placed in a dryer with the lowest temperature or air-dry setting. Remove promptly for iron-free care. Never dry clean.

To store, fold over a heavy hanger, or order skirt/runner hangers. You can also roll loosely and store in a storage bag.

Our Polyester Twill Premier fabric is fire-retardant, machine-washable, and wrinkle resistant.  It is also fade resistant. Its matte finish, superb draping qualities, medium weight, and durability give it an elegant appearance and make it a standard for premium fabric in the exhibit industry. Flame-retardant certificate available on request.
